"ITS YOUR MONEY ,THINK BEFORE -

"You imagine and ETI will make it happen."

Itinerary preparation is one of the most important aspect of any travel agency or tour operator. It can be called as the heart of the tourism industry since no tourist company can run if they don't know where, when and how to send a tourist for tourism.

Itinerary is the combination of all the basic elements or components of tourism. It combines the three basic components:-  Attraction, Accessibility and Accommodation, along with other components.

Itinerary can be of many types depending on the organizational structure and there mode of operation. But overall it can be divided into two forms-

Initial Itinerary- Prepared for the self reference of travel agents and contains all the details, including the costing of the tour. It is not given to the guest.

Final Itinerary- It is the itinerary which is made available to the guest containing details of his journey, like name of hotel, places to see, etc.

Itinerary can be further divided by the way it is used, like

Travel agency/Tour operator Itinerary

Tourist Itinerary

Tour manager/executive itinerary

Tour guide Itinerary

Bus/car/coach driver itinerary (transport itinerary)

Hotel Itinerary
